a new side of tempeh.

i have recently stopped with tempeh production after three years of making it all alone, week in week out.

these tempeh diaries are a way for me to keep sharing my passion for tempeh and the fascination for that amazing mycelium created by rhizopus spores. :) 

not sure what they will be about: production? tips and tricks to get the best tempeh? my fails?fermentation as metaphore for life? don't know, i am open to let them be everything they will feel like.
